Proudly serving the Pikes Peak Region including Castle Rock, Colorado Springs, Pueblo and nearby
Annette and Steve are the owners of a comfortable home in Rush, CO. After noticing a strange smell in their home, they decided to look around for a professional that could find the source. Once they researched possible solutions on the internet, Annette and Steve called the office of Peak Structural to schedule a free estimate. Shortly after the appointment was made, a design specialist was sent out to the home to inspect the problem. After the initial evaluation, the specialist found a very high level of humidity in the crawlspace of the home which was allowing mold to grow and critters access to the home. A couple different products were recommended to properly and effectively isolate the crawlspace. These products included the CleanSpace Encapsulation system and Silverglo. With these two systems installed, the crawlspace would be insulated and encapsulated, solving the high level of humidity and so preventing mold and critters. Happy that the smell was gone and their crawlspace has been sealed, Annette and Steve can rest assured that their issues have been solved.
