Proudly serving the Pikes Peak Region including Castle Rock, Colorado Springs, Pueblo and nearby
Shorty's old window wells were not big enough nor did they meet the safety regulations for emergency exits in case of fires. Peak Structural came in and installed new window wells that not only met these needs and expectations, but went even further by providing a warranty that ensure the longevity of the job done.
Peak replaced the low R-Value pink, fiberglass insulation in this crawlspace, with the Basement Systems SilverGlo wall insulation. SilverGlo acts not just as a vapor barrier, but as a thermal barrier as well; keeping cold air out, and reflecting heatwaves inside.
Jerry had his sidewalk leveled by Peak Structural after he began to notice that the slabs were no longer matching up and the corner of one slab was sinking into the dirt. After the Peak Structural Crew finished, the slabs were once again level and the edges were no longer sinking into the grass and mud.

Many new construction homes come equipped with a few waterproofing items. Usually some kind of membraned adhered to the exterior of the foundation wall, and a perimeter footing drainage system on the bottom of the basement foundtaion wall. And some builders, may even install a sump pump inside the basement. And that's just what Mike T. in Puebolo, CO experienced with his brand new home. However, iif a sump pump was installed, how was water still entering his basement?
A solitary sump pump is theoretically supposed to depressurize the soil beneath the basement and act like a magnet to underground water. But on average, a sump in the ground will really only affect about a 15 ft. radius around it. Which means any water on the other side of the basement, could potentially find an easier way in. Not to mention, many home builders will often take the cheap way out and install an unimpressive
Well, Peak Structural specializes in this exact kind of problem. Homes experiencing substantial water around the home need a little more robust system than just a sump pump. Design Specialist Eric Shippert saw this right off the bat with a sump that was filled with water. He then designed a full perimeter WaterGuard system to collect water entering the floor joint and send it to the pump. WaterGuard is an interior piping system that sits above the footing to catch water attempting to enter the basement from any direction.
And of course, a new TripleSafe Sump Pump was installed. The TripleSafe comes with 3 cast iron pumps, that can dishcharge about 10,000 gallons of water/hour when all three are working.
Mike's basement is now covered on all sides. And he can rest easily knowing The WaterGuard & TripleSafe will protect his basement from future flooding for a very long time.
When Irma walked into her basement one rainy morning, she discovered water leaking in through the window. Because the basement had been recently finished, she needed immediate help to get the water to stop and never come back. That's when she called Peak Structural for a free estimate.
System Design Specialist Ross Schaulis came out to the home and found that the water was able to find its way into the basement through an old window well. Irma was very pleased to find that simply replacing the window well would solve her water woes, and not something more intrusive.
Installation foreman Cody Solberg installed the corrugated steel window well in half a day, which Irma was even more thrilled about. He showed her the sealing around the edges of the window well, which will block any water below grade from entering her basement. She can now rest easy knowing her newly finished basement is safe from future water thanks to Peak Structural.
