In 2008, we were one of 7 companies chosen for the Excellence in Customer Service Award by the BBB.

As an active participant in the Safety Services program, we have been recognized for our commitment to preventing jobsite injuries and creating a safe work environment for its associates. This translates to peace of mind for our customers as well as the opportunity to enjoy the better values afforded by our lower insurance rates.

As an approved Basement Systems CleanSpaceTM dealer, Peak Basement Systems, Inc. installers have been factory certified in the exacting science of mitigating subsurface moisture and active water problems. We offer this solution in the greater Colorado Springs area only.

Members of the American Society of Home Inspectors, Peak Structural associates with some of the most professional, highly trained diagnosticians in the industry. We are honored to take part in educational classes to benefit ASHI Home Inspectors.

In August 2008, Peak Structural was honored by Grip-Tite for our innovations in the area of bracket design. Our lead foreman, Chris Como was honored for designing the "Extendo Bracket" for better piering in tight spaces. In February 2007, Peak Structural, Inc. was honored as the #1 fastest growing dealer in the Grip-Tite Manufacturing network of 60 dealers throughout North America. We are proud to offer high quality products to our customers that include lifetime warranties.

We're are fully licensed and approved by many regional building departments. For example, we are one of only two area companies in the structural repair industry who maintain an unlimited "A" status license, (issued by the Pikes Peak Regional Building Dept). Peak Structural's unlimited "A" license designation is reserved for a very select few firms who meet the most rigorous of requirements.

Peak Structural is proud to serve the real estate community with Continuing Education courses. We believe that our realtors and by extension, their clients deserve the highest standards in education. The Colorado Real Estate Commission certified our CE class in 2005 and we currently serve over 600 agents!
