A warped, rusting window well is replaced, with a glossy white corrugated metal window well. Complete with a cast iron grate for safety, and a polystyrene cover to stop water from entering, while still allowing natural sunlight into the basement.
Donna's basement had flooded during the heavy rains of 2015. The water intrusion had caused damage to many of her personal belongings along with the house itself. Worried that another flood would do worse, Donna began investigating her options for a solution. Through this process, she contacted Peak Structural. Listening to Donna's basement flooding issue, the appointment center representative quickly scheduled a design specialist to go and take a look at the basement. After thorough inspection, the design specialist recommended that Donna get her basement waterproofed. He explained to her that Peak Structural would install a WaterGuard system and a sump pump. Together these two will make sure that the basement stays flood free.
Mike began experiencing water intrusion in his basement at the start of 2016. Unsure as to what to do, he began searching for a company that would know what to do. In his search Mike found us: Peak Structural. We came out in March 2016 and took a look at the basement. Our design specialist inspected the home and proposed a waterproofing system that included a sump pump and Waterguard. In these pictures you can see a portion of the area where the Waterguard would be installed, and that same area after installation.
Window Wells were flooding with our recent rains. The window wells were replaced with taller versions and window well covers.
Karen wanted her carpet replaced with waterproof flooring for her basement. A basement's environment is different from the other levels of a home, therefore, it requires certain attention for the materials used in it. Basements have a more humid and wet environment and therefore it is wise to install flooring that will not be damaged by this humidity. The new mahogany styled flooring in Karen's basement is not only best suited for the environment of her basement, but it is also aesthetically pleasing. Take a look at the difference this slight change has made.
This is an installation of Waterguard and a Sump Pump in a Colorado Springs basement. After the recent heavy rains, this homeowner couldnt keep their basement dry - they now dont have to worry during the next storm!
This Colorado Springs home had some old window wells that were beginning to cause issues when the snow started to melt. The homeowners asked Peak Structural come out to their property and provide them with an estimate on what it would cost to have newer window wells put in to avoid this.
With the new window wells installed, they no longer are experiencing any water seepage into their basement! What a relief!
Che had an unsafe window well. It was not safe for emergency exiting, so she contacted Peak Structural to provide a solution. Peak Structural installed new windows, and window wells. As you can see in the picture, the new window well is safe for emergency exit and also safe from water intrusion.
Because concrete is porous, pressure on the outside of the house can build, forcing moisture through the wall and into the basement. CleanSpace Wall liner is applied to guide water down into the WaterGuard System -- not the basement.

Peak Basement was at my house recently to do the 2nd job for me. First they encapsulated my crawl space earlier this summer, and this time to seal and waterproof a foundation wall in my basement. Both times I was very happy with the job, overall good experience. Isaac does a great job doing the initial inspection, explaining what needs to be done and the specific costs. Then the crew that came out both times were great. They arrived on time, met their estimate on when they would be finished, very professional and hard working. Left the area looking great.

This involves "painting" the basement walls and floors with a waterproof coating of cement that's meant to seal out the moisture.
It applies directly to the concrete's surface with a brush or roller and is often applied when a homeowner is preparing for basement finishing.
This involves digging out the entire perimeter of the basement, installing a new drain, and possibly adding a waterproof coating on the walls.
This type of installation has been used for many decades—a drain of this type is generally installed when the home is built.
Installs on top of the basement floor with a drain that runs along the basement walls. Collects water and sends it to a sump pump system.
No jackhammering is required, and the installation is safe for a monolithic basement floor.
Installs underneath the basement floor, with a drain that runs along the basement walls. Collects water and sends it to a sump pump system.
The system is easy to service, and it can collect water leaking from the walls or windows as well.
