I wanted to send out a letter of commendation to you and your staff for the outstanding repair and installation work your team provided to me in January 2009.  I want to personally thank you and Aaron Moore for coming to my home and teaching me about your foundation repair processes and the CleanSpace System to help improve efficiency and look of the crawlspace beneath my subfloor after repairs were complete.  You and Aaron were very knowledgeable about what types of repair my home would need to stabilize the foundation and heaving soil issues that are beneath my home.  The computer presentation was a nice way to show your customers what the CleanSpace System does and how it operates, etc.  This was definitely a selling point to me since I had other companies come to my home and provide me estimates for this same work.  I can only say that none of those other firms even came close in comparison to what Peak Basement Systems provided me and the comfort of knowing it would be repaired correctly and with a warranty that will be transferable to a future owner. 

I cannot say thank you enough for the exceptional foreman, Gary Walker, and his team of Ernie and Keef, who performed the actual foundation repair work and the CleanSpace System installation.  They did an outstanding job of protecting my "finished" basement and doing the least amount of damage considering the amount of work they had to perform to complete the job safely and within Colorado Building Codes.  They took extreme care in keeping things picked up and cleaned up around my home during the duration of this repair.  My neighbors were impressed with the way they worked and cleaned up around the outside of my home, too.
