The crawlspace encapsulation lives up to its promises.  The house seems warmer and more cozy, with a noticable drop in gass used to heat the first month.  Also, the musty smell is gone.  I especially appreciate the handling of the fresh air duct to the furnace at no additional cost, which was not in the written estimate.
