Heavy Rains Coming
Colorado needs rain right now, and we are about to get it! For the next ten days, expect afternoon thunderstorms with torrential downpours, thunder, and lightning. After the dry spell we have been enduring, the ground won’t be able to soak up the rain as fast as it hits, so the water will be seeping into every little nook and cranny that it can get into.
For those of us who have sump pumps, now is a great time to check and make sure they still work. If you live on the West Side of
Colorado Springs, the Black Forest, Falcon, or anywhere on the Eastern Plains, you know power outages are common during storms. Does your sump pump have a battery back up?
Whether you find yourself in a couple of inches of water or a foot of water, give us a call!
We provide emergency service calls and help you keep your basement dry. Peak Basement Systems will come out and install a temporary sump pump to take care of the issue until we can provide you with a long-term solution. Once you have scheduled the work for your long term solution, we will even credit you for the cost of the emergency service call.

If you need us, we have the products and service you can count on. Our inventory includes the popular
TripleSafe Sump Pump that has three sump pumps in one, including a battery operated back up. We even offer interior solutions for backed up French drains.
We can even help out the folks that live in South Eastern Colorado and can expect at least one tornado warning over the next week. We can
encapsulate your crawl space with CleanSpace. You won’t have to worry about bugs, rodents, or mold spores and the CleanSpace is a reflective white so it will even brighten up your crawl space.
