Hobbies: Colleen enjoys reading, especially science fiction and fantasy novels. She's currently enjoying Edgar Rice Burroughs' "Princess of Mars" series. She's an avid crafter including knitting, candlemaking, calligraphy, and interior decoration.
Colleen's Story: Colleen has been in the customer care business from the beginning. She grew up in a small town called Hudson in Michigan, a place that still recognizes and praises her. She began interfacing with the public at her father's print shop and from there, learned how important it is to help every person she interacts with. After graduating from college, Colleen and her family travelled to Minnesota, where Colleen was an elementary school teacher and served at her local church. The family relocated to Colorado in 1997--just in time for the big blizzard--and set about serving the community. Colleen joined Peak in 2010 and immediately increased customer service standards and practices. She developed new training protocals and really delved into learning about foundation repair.
