It was really great work. His rating was not the smallest but he did quality work. He gave me the level of conscientious for the work with a 20 year rating. I could be there for the jacking process. He did everything that he said he would. His guys were clean and very pleasant.

I highly recommend this company. I looked into others before I selected this one because Peak was the only company that really looked into the cause of my foundation movement before making a recommendation. Then, they did exactly what they suggested and they did it quickly and kept the area clean. Follow ups were also handled in a friendly and professional manner.

My home was heaving badly. The dry conditions changed the soil. Walls, doors and floors were dancing around. I called Peak Structural. They and their engineering company evaluated the situation, gave a price and did the work. They tried to keep the area as clean as possible and while the project was very extensive, they were quick and polite throughout the entire process. They were quick to follow up and I have been extremely pleased with the work. I highly recommend them.

<strong>Very Friendly, knowledgable and Professional!</strong> We've been looking to finish our basement, but the basement is very moist and when it rains, the basement floods. Had a System Designer come out and he was awesome! Designed a system to work for us and they will frame out the basement, etc so we can do our own paint, flooring, and fixtures for cheaper than we could do it ourselves.

Truly outstanding service. There was excellent and continous communication between the company and me and got me scheduled in short order. The rep was prompt and professional. Most of all, he was exceedingly knowledgable, informative, and helped me understand all the process and testing for my house. I was very very impressed and will call them again if needed. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and the rep who responded.

They were the only company that I found that could do the job that I needed. One of our window wells would fill with water and would not drain properly. The cost was very reasonable for the job required and I didn't feel like they did more then they needed too. The crew that came out were great and very quick. They cleaned up their mess and more. The job they did was first rate and completely fixed the problem. Top rate service! Thank you!

We have since moved out to Peyton, have no basement and live on the top of a hill, so hopefully will never need your services again, but we continue to be so very grateful for all you did for us. Peter was our shining light and all the work crew followed right along in that path. Yours is a truly remarkable company.

The only thing that would make our experience with Peak even better is if one of the crew would come back and remove the epoxy injection ports from the repaired wall. I will have to do that myself next time I go to Denver to visit my mom (Debi Greenfield). The work your crew did in the yard (digging up the lawn to place the end plates on the reinforcement rods) was amazing. After they were finished, there was no evidence at all that the lawn had been dug up. Your crew was very careful, and only one sprinkler line was damaged (and that one was so close to the surface that it would have been impossible not to cut it). I was able to repair it in minutes--no harm, no foul.

They were really great. I had estimates for up to 15k for a french drain. Morales came in a took a look at the basement and suggested to simply fix the crack in the wall. They torn out my concrete patio (i wanted to get rid of it anyways) and they dug up a part of the foundation. They found the crack, repaired it and my basement has been dry since. The whole job took much longer than they had anticipated but they charged me exactly what we agreed upon ($850). They were polite and professional. They're great.
